1. Where are you from?
I am from Wisconsin, originally, but I now live in Southeastern Missouri.

2. What kind of loads do you haul?

I haul dry van goods, mostly cereal, paper products, and furniture.

3. What kind of truck do you drive?

2016 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution

4. Where do you usually haul to?

I haul typically in the Midwest, South, and Southeast.

5. How long have you been a driver?
Driver since July 2021

6. What carrier do you drive with?

Taylor Truck Line, headquartered in  Northfield, MN

7. Why did you decide to use ATBS?

My carrier gave me information about ATBS, as ATBS came highly recommended by TTLI employees who were previously owner-operators and were extremely happy with the services provided.

8. What do you listen to on the radio?

I mostly listen to Audible…I love listening to audiobooks. When I listen to music I usually use Spotify. I have curated lists depending on my mood - from Christmas tunes (they’re super relaxing) to island music, country, and classic rock.

9. What are you most passionate about in trucking?

In trucking, I’m passionate about economic efficiency. It’s really important to me to stay organized with the truck’s needs and plan accordingly for servicing and potential breakdowns so I don’t have many surprises and unexpected expenses, although they do happen. Having what I need with me to stay rolling and avoid incurring unnecessary expenses (or paying higher prices due to convenience) is imperative. I like to keep my side boxes supplied with extra belts, fluids, wipers, and tools that I purchased from lower priced vendors rather than get stuck paying higher prices off the shelf while on the road.

10. Do you still use a CB radio?

I do have a cb radio I use in my truck as needed, but I don’t run it all the time.​
